Please wear what you are comfortable in. Preferably guests should wear something semi-formal. Guests can also opt for a clean looking, polished semi-casual outfit as well. Color is encouraged with the theme of spring pastels! The wedding and reception will be held outdoors, so dress accordingly! Feel free to throw on your cowboy boots/dancing shoes and have a light jacket for the May weather!

Located between Cody and Powell Wyoming, is the beautiful Heart Mountain. The wedding and reception will be located at a meadow near the base of the mountain. You can go to 1960 13 1/2 lane, Powell, WY 82435 and then follow the signage! The GPS coordinates for the meadow are: 44.67427 N, 108.98148 W. If you need additional help in finding the venue, please feel free to reach out to us!

Please RSVP for our ceremony and reception. Feel free to arrive to the site around 3:30pm to grab a drink and enjoy the views before the ceremony begins at 4pm. Family photos will follow along with a cocktail hour for guests. Dinner will start at 6pm, please let us know in the RSVP section if you will be attending the reception dinner. Dinner will conclude and the cake will be cut around 7:30pm. Enjoy dessert while watching our special dances. We will conclude the night with games, music, and dancing!

Please let us know if you'll be attending as far in advance as possible to allow us the most time to accommodate our guests. We will not be looking at our RSVP's after May 1st, 2025.

Enjoy a keg and champagne toast on us, but please bring your personal preference of alcohol. We'll have plenty of space to store whatever drinks you fancy!

Please see our lodging section on the website. We have blocked rooms for you to reserve for your convenience at the Cody Legacy. The wedding is also taking place at a large pasture near heart mountain with plenty of space if you’d like to bring a camper, trailer, tent, etc. to stay the night. Feel free to seek out your own accommodations if you would prefer that!

All children are allowed at the wedding. Please be aware that alcohol will be accessible and it is your responsibility to watch your child. We will have sodas and games that the to enjoy so they can have a fun night. There will be a smores bar that they can enjoy as well!

The wedding is pet friendly as we know they are also family! However, please know that there may be other pets around and we expect everyone to get along. If your pet may cause a problem, please leave them with sitter for the night. We ask that you pick up after your pet, bringing your own necessary bags, leases, etc. Please don't allow them near the food or drinks as well.
